To rent a car from us, you'll need a valid driver's license held for at least one year, a credit card in the driver's name for deposit purposes, and a form of identification, such as a passport. Drivers should be at least 21 years old. For high-performance or luxury models, additional age and driving experience requirements may apply.

How do I book a car and what are the payment options?

Booking a car is simple via our online platform. Select your car, rental period, and any additional services or accessories. You can pay online using major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is also accepted at our office upon pickup if preferred.

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

The quoted rental price includes the vehicle rental cost and insurance. However, additional charges can apply for extra services such as GPS, child seats, additional drivers, or one-way rentals. All potential fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process and in your rental agreement.

What is your fuel policy?

Our standard policy is half full-to-half full. You will receive the car with a full tank of fuel and are expected to return it full. Alternatively, you can pre-purchase a full tank of fuel during booking and return the vehicle at any fuel level, though no refunds are provided for unused fuel.

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

In case of any accident, contact us immediately at our 24/7 support line. Ensure everyone's safety, and if necessary, call emergency services. Do not leave the scene until all necessary information is exchanged and the authorities are notified if needed. For breakdowns, we offer roadside assistance as part of our rental service. Contact us, and we will arrange for assistance or a vehicle replacement if necessary.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, extending your rental period is possible but subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental is due to expire to request an extension. Additional charges will apply based on the extended duration and the current rental rate.
